Delegation led by State Administration Council Vice Chairman Deputy Commander-in- Chief of Defence Services Commander- in-Chief (Army) Vice- Senior General Soe Win, currently in Russian Federation, visited the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy in Moscow on 2 September afternoon.
First, the Vice-Senior General and party were welcomed by officials of the Ministry of Defence of Russian Federation, who conducted them around the pavilion of Moscow in miniature, the pavilion of Smart City in miniature and the space pavilion.
In the evening, the Vice-Senior General met scholars at the ballroom of the hotel where he was staying.
In his speech, the Vice-Senior General explained in detail the current political changes in Myanmar, and the need to help one another as they are discharging national duties together in a foreign country, to strive for promoting the political and economic sectors of the country and national interest as true citizens and to improve the image of the nation.
He then presented souvenirs to the scholars.
