Delegation led by Vice Chairman of State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win visits Higher Military Command School

The Myanmar delegation led by Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win, who was in Novosibirsk of the Russian Federation, visited Higher Military Command School in the city at the local standard time in the morning on September 6 accompanied by Military Attaché Commodore Kyaw Soe Moe and officials.
Colonel Segey Markovchin, principal of the school, and officials welcomed the Myanmar delegation who laid a wreath to pay tribute to the statues of heroes honoured for securing the gallantry medals in sacrificing their lives for the State.
Then, the principal clarified on the brief history of the school, training of subjects at the school, and admission of foreign trainees and replied to questions raised by the Myanmar delegation.
Afterwards, the Vice-Senior General and party took a tour of the school, and they were briefed by officials on the exhibits displayed at the school. The Vice-Senior General and the principal of the school exchanged commemorative badges and souvenirs.
Next, the Vice-Senior General and party went and studied the practical shooting range in the compound of the Higher Military Command School.
The principal, officials and trainees demonstrated practical shooting by using a variety of small arms and sniper rifles.
The Vice-Senior General and members of the Myanmar delegations took part in the practical shooting. Later, the Vice-Senior General and party had lunch together with the principal and officials of the school.
