State Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing accepts credentials of Indian Ambassador to Myanmar

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, accepted the credentials of H.E. Mr. Vinay Kumar, the newly-accredited Ambassador of India to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, at the Credentials Hall of the Office of the State Administration Council Chairman, Nay Pyi Taw, this morning.

Then, they discussed good history in diplomatic relations between the two countries, enhancement of friendship, stability, peace and development of border areas, trade promotion, further cooperation in various sectors of both countries and political changes in Myanmar.

After the meeting, the Senior General and Indian Ambassador to Myanmar posed for the documentary photos together with attendees.

Present on the occasion wereJoint Secretary of SAC Lt-Gen  Ye Win Oo, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Wunna Maung Lwin and Director-General of the Protocol Department U Wunna Han. The Indian Ambassador was accompanied by Deputy Chief of Mission Ms. Nabanita Chakrabarti and Military Attaché Colonel Ketan Arun Mohite.
