The Senior General meet with the coffee entrepreneurs before the Thingyan Festival. He said he held a meeting again the ministers and departmental staff in PyinOoLwin to fulfil the needs and decide on matters related to the regional development.
State-owned plots were allotted to coffee entrepreneurs for their cultivation, so they need to operate in accord with the prescribed rules and disciplines.
If so, coffee per-acre yield will increase, thereby ensuring reforestation and helping prevent climate change. Therefore, relevant ministries and regional department officials need to do their jobs in accord with the rules and disciplines. They also need to do so for regional development, greening and rule of law. For the formation of a coffee association as presented, relevant ministries, those responsible for growing coffee across the country and businesspeople need to cooperate. Measures will be taken to grant permission for buildings in coffee farms by making amendments in accord with the current age and system.
Have ability to make good use of the unique characteristics of the socio-economic development of the area in which we work
PyinOoLwin has been implemented to become a mountain resort city, Cherry City and a coffee city in the past. It is important to understand that this is in the interest of the region and not for the government.
Hotels and guesthouses in PyinOoLwin are fully booked during Thingyan by travelers from home and abroad and you can see the beauty of the area and the interest of tourists.
Therefore, as it is a resort city, it must be able to promote the economic development of the region where we are working and the development of tourism by improving the agricultural activities of the region. Through this, a product-based export business must be established and as PyinOoLwin Coffee already has a good reputation abroad, it is necessary to establish a high-level export business based on coffee products.
In addition, PyinOoLwin already has fresh air and pleasant weather, so it should be transformed into a tourist city, a resort city and a city that can provide health care. It is a city with a good tradition in terms of education, and the climate must be conducive to education in a peaceful and peaceful environment. PyinOoLwin is a unique city. As a tourist city,it is necessary to prioritize the cleanliness and beautification of the city. Individual Efforts are being made to provide a clean and tidy environment in each house. Officials of the relevant departments should implement the systematic maintenance of roads, bridges and buildings to create the beauty of the city. There are many ancient buildings in PyinOoLwin area, so they must be preserved and used effectively because they are valuable buildings. In addition to state-owned buildings, private ancient buildings must also be preserved. However, as a city develops, high-rise buildings and urban buildings will be needed, and separate plots of land will be allocated for the construction of high-rise buildings. We need to create an eye-catching and orderly city and think from all angles.
In order to keep the roads organized, the roads in the city must be made orderly. Trees should be planted only after the road area is determined first, and ZigZag system should be used instead of planting trees face to face. Only then can water fall on the road through the trees and prevent damage to the road. Adequate sunlight is needed. As the road was damaged due to water and dirt falling on the asphalt road, the paving part should be improved to prevent flooding and the road should not be flooded.
In PyinOoLwin area, roads, shops and land plots should be systematically planned. What is not in accordance with the rules and regulations must be done in accordance with the regulations, and the government must focus on maintaining order.
When planting trees, they want to grow only seedlings that are really big enough to survive.
The environment for recreation, health care and education can be systematically considered.
The existing infrastructure of PyinOoLwin area, which has been in place for a long time, must be systematically and comprehensively implemented by combining modern technology and skills. Regional development and greening works must be carried out from all sides and various sectors.
