Right kind of knowledge can only lead to correct deeds to achieve success.
Training is important to be able to perform duties with confidence and skills. Perfect training will ensure confidence and skills and then success.

When training is perfect, an administrative system with good management will facilitate success.
For the administrative system, correct orders, disciplines and correct management are required.
Then, aims and objectives can be realized. To keep success for a long time, welfare tasks are necessary. The Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services has given guidance to adopt and implement agricultural and livestock breeding policies for welfare of the whole Tatmadaw since 2012. As a result, foods such as fish and meat, eggs and vegetables are being provided to an effective degree for the soldiers and their families as well as their respective regions. And then Vice Chairman of State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win meets and delivers speech to officers, other ranks and family members in Myeik, Palauk and Heinze stations confidence, which is the most important to achieve success, can be acquired. For long-term success, training, administration, welfare and spirit are all essential. These four points must be upheld in a balanced manner to forge unity within the Tatmadaw. In a matter of 1 year and three months since the SAC took over State duties, the terrorist groups and opposition groups have been resorting to various ways to cause utter devastation to the State. When their aims were disrupted thanks to the unity of the peace-loving people, royal service personnel, security forces and region and state governments, they came to try to break up the strong Tatmadaw.
However, the unrelenting unity has made the Tatmadaw remain as a strong organization.
The Prime Minister offered peace talks by designating 2022 as the year of peace. The Head of State has also proposed to meet as peace is essential for holding a free and fair election.
Regarding training courses, the trainees need to try to practically apply what they have been taught. The instructors themselves need to try to be equipped with good teaching skills and stay respected to win the trust and reliance of their trainees. It is important that Tatmadaw members stay fit and healthy to be able serve their duties in military operations, security and State affairs.
They also need to follow the policy and education on health and fitness adopted by the Tatmadaw.
