Regarding the land utilization in Mon State, more than 700,000 acres of land of over 1.5 million acres of cultivable lands are placed under mixed cropping and double cropping. Cultivation tasks should be undertaken on the vacant lands for increasing income of the agricultural sector for Mon State. As the main product of Mon State is rubber, the local people can earn the increased income from manufacturing of value-added products made of rubber instead of sale for raw rubber. Officials need to arrange the market for value-added products of the state. Tourism service is of potential business in Mon State.
Kyaikhtiyoe and Kyaikkhami mid-stream pagodas, Setse beach resort, Death Railway in Thanbyuzayat, the war cemetery, ancient Christian Churches and ancient cities in Mon State can attract the local and foreign travellers. As dubbing the tourism service as non-smoking industry, arrangements should be made for development of the industry with the farsightedness.
While striving for earning income, it is necessary to efficientlyuse of fuel and cooking oil so as to shop the waste of foreign exchange.
Moreover, the Vice-Senior General continued to say that the fuel market is not stable due to conflicts of the world, and all the countries are facing the impacts of high price of fuel in the market manipulation by oil producer countries. Instable prices of some fuel distributor countries commit the high prices of fuel. Although fuel as a natural resource can be produced under limitation for manufacturing, Myanmar and the state have chances to increase production of cooking oil. As such, it is necessary to strive for efficient use of fuel and cooking oil and increased production of cooking oil. Especially, cultivable lands should be placed under sunflower plantations.

On the other hand, all are working to improve the accuracy of the statistics to have all eligible voters to receive a citizenship card and to hold a multi-party democratic general election correctly.
We are all civil servants serving the country. It is necessary to act in accordance with the rules and regulations and procedures by department. The people can be said to be the benefactors of all the staffs as all the employees are benefiting from the taxes contributed by the people from the salaries to the permitted items. Therefore, if there is an emergency and the ministries are contacted, the needs will be addressed in good faith without any benefit.
We need to repay by providing.

Under the guidance of the Prime Minister, the regional government needs to encourage all school-age children to study and to succeed in KG+9.
In addition to the teachers, parents and students, the government and security forces should also be aware of the dangers of terrorists who do not want the education and HR development of the country and need to work together to prevent this.
The main agricultural crop in Taninthayi Region is palm oil.
If the crude oil obtained can be converted into oil locally, it will increase the local oil supply and increase revenue. There is an urgent need to get the necessary infrastructure for oil production. Since Taninthayi Region has a deficit in the budget and is being supplemented by the Union supplementary fund, the region's revenue will be increased by making effective use of the region's strong resources. Increasing incomes will increase the value of national production and services for the region, increase not only per capita income but also increase employment opportunities, so that local people do not need to go to other states and regions to work. In addition, the Union supplementary fund can be used more for regional development in other necessary states and regions.
Taninthayi Region has rare water resources, many coral reefs and natural beauty that can attract tourists. By systematically carrying out fisheries and agriculture, it will become a region with high income and employment.
