The Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation led by Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commanderin-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win, currently in the Russian Fede - Vice Chairman of SAC Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win visits Myanmar Theravada Buddha Vihara (Moscow), meets Russian Deputy Defence Minister ration, visited Myanmar Theravada Buddha Vihara (Moscow) on the morning of August 26. They paid homage to Abbot Sayadaw Dr Bahddanta Arcariya and members of the Sangha, presented offertories, supplicated on religious matters and sought advice from the Sayadaws.
Next, the Vice-Senior General and delegation members went to the Ministry of Russian Defence Ministry, where they met Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation Colonel General Alexander Vasilyevich Fomin and cordially discussed future work plans based on mutual respect, trust and support between the two militaries.
After the meeting, the Vice-Senior General and the Russian Deputy Defence Minister exchanged gifts.
