SAC Vice Chairman Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win inspects preparations for 23rd Myanmar Traditional Cultural Performing Arts Competitions

Patron of Leading Organizing Committee on the 23rd Myanmar Traditional Cultural Performing Arts Competitions Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win inspected preparations for the success of the competitions this evening.

The Vice-Senior General, accompanied by Union ministers Lt-Gen Soe Htut and U Ko Ko, Nay Pyi Taw Council chairman, deputy ministers and officials, visited Myanmar International Convention Centre 2, National Library, National Museum, and Yadana Hall, practicing theatres at the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture in Nay Pyi Taw in the evening and inspected the preparations to hold the competitions. He also looked into the requirements presented by officials.

The Vice-Senior General and party inspected the hostels, dining rooms, kitchens, food stalls and shops set up at the Transit and Accommodation Centre in Nay Pyi Taw for contestants and judges, subcommittee-wise accomplishments and organizing of health and prevention teams, and made arrangements to facilitate the functions. He also cordially conversed with judges and contestants who are staying at the hostels.
