SAC Vice Chairman Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win receives Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar H.E. Mr. Chen Hai

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win received Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar H.E.Mr. Chen Hai at the Credentials Hall of the SAC Chairman Office this afternoon.
At the meeting, they openly discussed measures on Kyaukpyu Special Economic Zone, exchange of information on border affairs to ensure peace and stability in border regions, acceleration in eradicating narcotic drugs, gambling, online gaming and trafficking in person, and enhancement of cooperation in all sectors between the two countries.
After the meeting, the Vice-Senior General and the Chinese Ambassador exchanged commemorative gifts and had documentary photos taken together with those attendees.
Also present at the meeting were Union Minister for Commerce U Aung Naing Oo, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Kyaw Myo Htut and officials.
The Chinese Ambassador was accompanied by Economic Counsellor Mr. Tab Shufu and officials.
