Daw Than Than Nwe, wife of Vice Chairman of State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Vice-Senior GeneralSoe Win, accompanied by wives of union ministers, wives of senior military officers of Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services, and officials, visited and encouraged people receiving medical treat- ment at Regional Military Hospital in Thanlyin Station, Yangon Region, this morning.
First, Daw Than Than New and party visited families receiving medical treatment at the maternity ward and pediatric ward of the regional military hospital and inquired about their disease, medical treatment and improvement of their health condition individually, encouraged them and presented foodstuffs and cash assistance to them.
Then, Daw Than Than New and party visited the handicraft art exhibition to commemorate the 76th Anniversary of Tatmadaw (Navy) at Thiri Maha Zeya Kyaw Htin Hall and viewed domestic handicraft items and cotton paintings created by family members of the Tatmadaw (Navy) on display at the exhibition and watched a show on costumes designed and sewn by the family members there.
Later, Daw Than Than New presented funds to the maternal and child welfare association through an official.
