Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing receives Ambassador of People’s Republic of China

Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Ambassador of People’s Republic of China H.E. Mr. Chen Hai, who had completed his tour of duty in Myanmar, at the Credentials Hall at his office here this morning.
At the meeting, views on further improving diplomatic relations, friendship and cooperation between China and Myanmar, which are strategic partners, exchange of friendship tours of senior officials of both countries, Myanmar’s efforts for national development and internal peace and China’s ongoing support, bilateral cooperation for border area peace and stability, preparations for free and fair multi-party democracy general election, were cordially exchanged.
Present at the call together with the Senior General were SAC Joint Secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe and officials.
After the call, the Senior General and PRC Ambassador exchanged commemorative gifts and posed for documentary photo.
