Vice Chairman of State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win arrives back in Nay Pyi Taw after attending Green Development Forum of Shanghai Cooperation Organization Countries (SCO)

    Today at 4:30 pm local time, the Myanmar delegation led by Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win, which attended the Green Development Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Countries (SCO), departed from Qingdao Airport by air to Kunming. Myanmar Ambassador to China U Tin Maung Swe, Military Attaché Brig-Gen Zaw Zaw Naing, Deputy Secretary-General Miss Lin Ping of the Communist Party of China and officials in Qingdao Municipality bid farewell at the airport.

The Myanmar delegation led by the Vice-Senior General arrived in Kunming at 8:15 pm local time. Mr. Zhang Shijin, Director-General of the Yunnan Provincial Government's Foreign Affairs Ministry, Kunming Consul General U Thwin Htet Lin, and officials welcomed them at Kunming Airport.

The Myanmar delegation then departed from Kunming by air and returned to Nay Pyi Taw later that evening.

At Nay Pyi Taw Airport, the delegation led by the Vice-Senior General was welcomed by Secretary of the State Administration Council Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe, Council members, Union Ministers, senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army), the Nay Pyi Taw Command Commander, Deputy Ministers, and officials from the Chinese Embassy and Military Attaché Office in Myanmar.

Among those accompanying the Vice-Senior General on this trip were Deputy Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Min Thu, senior officials from the Office of the Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
